  (24) Slept pretty good enjoyed the ride after daylight Landed about

  10 o'clock Seems a nice place P.M.         + enjoyed my

  dinner. Been to Y.M. this P.M. and            bought a stick

  and just been round for a walk. Have a bit of headache.

  Nice bed here + intend rolling in early. Good supper. Been to

  Y.M. again. Had a bit of supper + rolled in about 9.10.

  (25) Cloudy morning, but cleared up. Had a good walk. P.M. Good

  dinner + been           for a walk up mount sun but

  could not find top        job. Met a      French

  had        would not care for this mountain. Had a

  wash + just waiting for my supper.           dance

  going on          . Supper O.K. but a bit short for I

  was hungry. Been to Y.M. tonight. Good play. Had supper +

  rolled in about 11.

  (26) Nice morning. Had egg + bread + butter for breakfast. Not

  much breakfast here just enough to hold a fellow till

  dinner. Been around here all morning, just waiting for

  dinner now. This is a great life feels like dropping from

  Hell into Heaven. Everything comfortable big easy chairs, nice

  scenery all round great life PM Had a good dinner all
