  We expect to land Liverpool

  late tonight or early tomorrow

  Sept 5th  I was up about 6 oclock

  this morning + on deck giving

  Liverpool the once over. We

  are anchored out in the river

  mersey.  About 8 oclock we

  pulled alongside to dock +

  marched off the boat + got

  orders to fall in on the docks

  After about an hour getting

  everybody in there places we

  started off + marched through

  the streets to the station. All 

  the time I am wondering what

  camp we are going to + I

  feel sure I shall get a

  chance to go home. We had

  coffee + cakes served us on the

  train before we pulled out
