came out as we marched
through Winchester. We had to
wait at the station about 16
hrs. Winchester seems a real old
English town judgeing by the
builgings A few men around
are dressed like old English
country gentlemen with there
walking sticks kneebreches +
a round soft hat. We got on
the train about 11-30 + are
lucky to get in a 1st class carrage
From a map in the carrage I see
we are heading for Southhampton
We pull in about noon + are
landed on the docks. We are all
bunched togeather + are ordered to
unsling packs + allowed to walk
around, but guards prevent us
