(these had been fastened up all the
time we had been in camp) every thing
we possessed was in a terrible
condition & completely green with the
rains etc & before anything could be
put away all our goods & chatels had
to be hung out in the sun to day
but we should gradually get settled
down again as usual

November 3rd 1915
Another surprise to day. I dont
know why A company is always
picked upon for these trips, but we
have just got orders to pack up
again & go to Mandalay as quick
as possible we leave here to
morrow but I dont think it will
be for long as we are only
taking a small amount of our
Kit with us, just heard that we
are going into Barracks occupied
