  up north on leave. That won't be

  that both you + Kenneth like it. Am

  glad that Kenneth looks after John + I

  can imagine his being amusing

  & very much Darling but I seem

  to have brought a good supply of

  everything and my socks are the 

  only things that we worn yet

  of course I'll let you know in

  good time when I want anything

  The difficulty is that everything we

  use we have to carry, and I have

  a good weight to carry now + all
