  still on a course. Johnson had

  a large stone fall on his big toe

  & so he has gone back for a 

  week or two's rest. He apologized

  for being such a fool as to get

  in the way of the stone but I 

  laughed & said the rest would do

  him good. We have got another

  place to make comfy but only 

  for last night & to-night. Glad

  you had a letter from Daisy. Hope

  things will go well for her.

  Kenneth must be thriving to sleep

  so well. I guess we are often 

  sleeping at the same time for I

  am getting a much better hand

  at sleeping by day - when I have been

  up all night. I should love

  to see some snaps of you both.

  Hope you will have a good time

  at Knaresborough when you go

  in the fine spring weather.
