  really keeping remarkably fit, most

  of us seem to be doing the same

  but in varying degrees. After

  three more days here we go further

  back + then we shall get into

  touch with our valises  + clean

  clothes + have a flea bag with

  many blankets to keep us

  warm. Taking all things into

  consideration we have been very

  lucky + have suffered nothing

  in the way of hardship.

                        I had a good nights
  

  rest + this morning had your

  third letter, which was very

  welcome

           I am sending this off
  

  by Post now + will try

  to work again tonight
