  Down in my little house it is nice

  + warm tonight. Tomorrow night

  with a bit of luck I may get to

  bed at a normal time instead of

  when Kenneth is thinking of waking.

  Our mails have been very bad

  but I hear there is hope of this

  improving shortly. I have only

  had the one letter from you

  so far & it came about the

  date I expected. I wonder how

  you are getting along. It seems

  a long time since I saw

  you at the Station. I hope

  you are having a good time

  + that Kenneth is being good

  to you. It will be good to

  get those letters that are

  hung up somewhere + to read

  of your doings. There is

  not much honour + glory
