My thoughts are ever with
you Darling + when this anxious
time is over we will have such
a real good time together that the
memory of the war will fade into
a thankfulness that we were both
able to do our duty. Our married
life has been a wonderfully happy
time + my Beloved you know how
much I love you. Kenneth is a
wonderful Laddie now + I am sure
he will grow up to be a great
comfort to his Mommy. Tell him Daddy
sends kisses + love + a message
that he is to grow up to be a
real boy + a real soldier.
May all happiness wait upon
you my wife. Many kisses + heaps +
heaps of love.
