It will be a bit better than
the last.
The first thing we did was to
gather a great quantity of wood to
make a fire & then we formed a
small concert of our own. As
midnight approached the fun grew
more as as usual there was a
vast quantity of whiskey & other things
at last midnight arrived & we all
joined hands & sang the old
favourite auld Lang syne then of
course we carried the concert on
untill the sma' wee hours of the
morning when we went to bed
tired out & that was the finish
of 1915.
As this book is just about full
I about think that it is any use
starting on 1916 only to say that
on January 2nd we had a very
large intercession service in the
Maymyo Parish church. There was
