4th verse
The Kachins on the Border, well they thought they'd
have a show
So Naturally we "Borders" had our orders their to go
So we journeyed to Myitkyina in a Devil of a Rush.
And we'd visions of some gay fights with them
in the bush
Our sun burnt knees show honoured sears
our rifles got quite hot.
And ammunition ran quit short, in fact we
used the lot
Chorus
In Table B In Table B
C.D. F & G
Each on trying to be a first class shot
Counting up the Bulls Eyes that we had not got
In Table B, In Table B
Crouching behind cover on the hard hard day
Blazing at a Target in a aimless kind of wya
Wondering when the schores go in what
T'Adjutant 'll say
In Table B In Table Able B
