To day although in such a delapidated  &

Dirty condition we were in the Best of

spirits & we knew this was the last day of

our journey.  I cannot say that we marched

on this day we did not it was a complete

run all the way & when we reached our

Bungalows which we did about 11-30 I

must say it was just like getting back

home again. The First thing we did was

to have a good bath & I must say it

was simply Glorious & Then During the

afternoon we were told we had to have

Wednesday & Thursday holiday so we finished

in the very best of spirits & none the

worse for one Fortnight’s Manoevers

but I must say that the best reward of

all was to get back into our little beds

which we did very early & was not very long

before we were asleep as we had had practically

none for three nights.
