Friday once again how the weeks are skipping

along it only seems a few weeks since we

left Southampton. The Same old routine again

to day. Battalion Drill before Breakfast &

company Drill after Breakfast finished about

1 0-clock for the day. This was not so very

bad, but of corse this does not happen

every day we only wish It would.

we have just heard the news that there

has been a Zeppelin raid in England

which has wrecked a portion of King’s

Lynn, but we get so little news here

that we don’t know when to believe

anything we here. Hope this news is not

current as we are all waiting here for

the welcome news that the War is over

or that we are going to see our share of

the excitement at the Front. Just heard

the news also that the party of 400 Gurkhas

which left here on the 15th of January has

been practically cut up in the China Chang
