Dec 8th 1914

 

This morning we were awaked by a black

man who because we should not sleep in

the open air turned the Hose Pipe on us and

left us Drenched which had to dry on us.

at 8 o’clock we had Rifle Inspection

on Board. For Breakfast we had Bread

gravy & Tea. For Dinner we had Bread &

soup. For Tea we had Dry Bread & Tea.

that night we had the pleasure of sleeping

on the Bare Floor without any covering.

arrived Rangoon about 7 o’clock &

after Having breakfast – biscuits, gravy &
