a Saturday. I was going
to write you from Longford,
but we had such a lot of
kiddies there that I was
kept busy in the punt
& with the swings. Still

passed the time a bit.
I haven't had my letter
from Jack yet - what a time

Stan tonight says he
has passed his exams -
& they are going to keep
him to help with the
