My Dear Nan just a few more
lines to you in answer to your
loveing letter you must not blame
me for not writing I allways write
when I have the chance + that I have
not allways but glad that I am
liveing to write any time my Dear
you seem to think that I can
come home if I liked I only wish
I had the chance I can tell you
there as only one man going at
a time hear in our Battalion
as we are mineing under the
R.E arrangements but
you know that I cant put
