most of your time out of
doors. Ta for your letter of the
29th received last night.
We might pot the partridge
only it would be dangerous
for some of the troop with a
service rifle & besides it is
strictly against GH2 orders.
Hope you had a good time at the
theatre. Hope the Balls will
want to stay, but 2 wks each
days will prove rather strenuous
work. You ought to have
one afternoon off a week surely.
Glad Kenneth is well & still
going strong. The snaps were
rather dark but they look
very good. I am looking forward
to getting a finished copy
in a day or two. Kenneth
looks quite a big fellow &
very sturdy. Doesn't appear
as if there were any shortage
right side
of food for him. He has got
some hair too hasn't he? He
sits his mount very well
but lifts his hands a bit
too high - won't get a good
touch on the reins. I can
see very much of you in
the snap - 'cause your face
has gone dark.
I love you Marion & I
do want you to be happy
& comfy until I can come
& look after you again.
All my thoughts come
to you. Tell Kenneth that
I send him lots of love & kisses
May all happiness wait
upon you Beloved. Heaps
of kisses a big hug & all
my love
