  My Dear George,

    The last post is just

  in & nothing from you. only 

  one for you which I enclose.

  We guess you are having 

  your unwelcome visitor 

  removed. Fancy! we're getting

  on as a family - you make

  the third to come under

  the operator's knife. Only 

  hope that if we have guessed

  rightly, you have come 

  through well without any

  complications & will soon be 

  up & about. If you are
