  Mon Jan 4^th 1914

  still in Hospital. Had 7 teeth out under

  Chloroform. They made a very bad job of it. I

  think they made a mistake & instead of using

  forceps they must have used a Pick &

  shovel but as usual I expect I shall get

  over it.

  Tues Jan 5 1914

  left Hospital a lot better glad to get

  out of it. Told to report every day untill

  Monday.  Not sorry to have four days
