by that time I can see by the papers
that peace is mension now in
lots of ways but they will have
to come to our terms + I think they
will come to that as they are starveing
in Germany well my Dear I
think I shall be leaving hear
on the 28th my leave starts on the
29th so I might get home on the
29th late at night or early in the
morning that is if I get luck to
catch the boat + 1st train in
Folkstone so my Dear can you
send me the time that trains

I believe robert is referring to Folkestone as where he needs to catch his train. Folkstone is about 10km southwest of Dover. He likely would have had to take a boat across the Strait of Dover from the north of France or Belgium.
