know how the War is going on

lately as I have not seen the

paper for a day or two as I keep

going from one place to another with

my Captain I am doing all right

with him up till now I think I

am suiting him all right Well Dear

I only wish I was comeing home for

a few days it would be a change

for me + I know it would for you

but you must cheer up untill I

come which I hope wont be long

that say that it cant last much

longer I dont see that it can 

there are thousands of troops out

hear now but we are like a


left page of a two page item

machein allways on the move

we have been camping at one

place now for 3 weeks that is

the longest time that we have

stoped in one place + we are

likely to be hear for a time yet

I keeps going from one place to

another with the Captain + back 

again he seems a nice gentleman

Dear Nan how is my boys going

on are they keeping all right I

I should like to see them bless them

they wont know there dady when

they see me will they you

will have got my other letter

by the time that you get this
