My Dear Wife just a line or two again
hopeing it will find you + the boys
quite well as I am glad to say it leaves
me at present I am away from the
Battalion for a month with my Capt
as he has got to go a course of
training so it looks black for me
comeing on leave yet there as no
other gone yet they are only sending
a few at a time well there are not
so many of us left to go now as
they have either got killed or wounded
but I lives in hopes of comeing
