hour or two per week. Had
it come to this, that the Club
having taken a plot of land
could not provide the necessary
help and thus have it go to rack
and ruin and bring the Clubs
name to ridicule. No the
situation was saved by those few
stalwarts, who have assisted
the Land Committee all through
Messrs Richardson, Bergin, Huthers, A
Parkinson, R. Dickenson, + W Taylor.
every praise is due to these men
+ the Committe workers, who have
labored continuously , week in +
week out for over six months
in spite of the sneers and insinuations
