  settlement of enclosed a/c which please discharge

        There has been some misunderstanding in regards 

  to the account for 1919 which I regret + trust this

  has caused you no inconvenience

      I intend coming down at the first opportunity

  as I could do with a few shrubs if you have

  anything suitable.

        In the Meantime I take this opportunity

  of wishing you a very happy + prosperous New Year
