Many of our men are being sent
to other battalions eg. the 5th 6th
7th etc. ...There is a sentence that has been scratched out
L. + I went up to
our old place the Auzac's Y.M.C.A.
for a little supper last night
It is much better than any place
where we are wors, better food etc
+ cheaper slightly. Also there is
always some music etc. We
haven't heard a word from
Pelir or Lurse or any of those we
left behind, altho' several letters
have been sent them. We can't
understand why in the least
this is so. Many 2nd line
