but so long ago, it will be quite
fresh, I'm hoping. Our Regimental
Canteens have all been taken over
by the Government, instead of being
as before, in the hands of private
contractors. I suspect it foreshadows
another indirect cutting down of
available rations. Robb was due
to report back here yesterday, previous
to going to Chatham, but I haven't
seen him, so I'm wondering if he's
gone straight through after all.....
