real selves to each other.
By the way a zeppelin was brought down
by one of our airman. It was at Enful's
near to where Mrs Boddy's brother lives.
It was like a burning house falling down
and it was most fortunate that it fell
into a field and did no damage. The
crew all perished. Two jumped from the Zep
but were of course killed by the fall and the others
were burnt to death. Poor fellows - they are
someones relations - It would be an awful
death
Yes, to return to your letter I should think
you will be weak but I hope you will be
a long time recovering when you return. Funny
wish isn't it - but I do want you here. Trying to
make up for past sins are you? Laddie
you've none to make up for - all men
ought to have as clean records as you and
then they would be a grand sex. See! That's
my opinion of you. And it never alters. I'm the
one who has to improve to get up to you.
A new kitt. Well I never! And do get
a heckle. I shall laugh when I see you
