  weekend, but I'll confess I wasn't

  really surprised that it didn't come

  off. However I'm looking forward to

  next - it's only 7 days after all.

  .... Once again - after running out

  with 2 letegrams to message. I

  received a letter from "Polly" Trundle

  this morning. They have elected Burgins

  Churchwarden in my place. I says

  he is a very nice man to work with.

  I wonder if I gained that amiable

  reputation - or does it mean that

  he lets T. have all his own way. He

  tells me he is confined to the house
