received a letter from "Polly" Trundle
this morning. They have elected Burgins
Churchwarden in my place. I says
he is a very nice man to work with.
I wonder if I gained that amiable
reputation - or does it mean that
he lets T. have all his own way. He
tells me he is confined to the house
