Description

Image of cardboard container and memorial plaque. The round plaque of of a bronze colour, showing a woman in flowing robes, holding a Laurel wreath in her outstretched left hand and a trident in her crooked right. A lion stands prone at her side.

Around the circumference of the plaque is the inscription (partially obscured by the container) "DIED FOR FREEDOM AND HONOUR". In a box to the right is the name "HAYDEN MELLOR".
