like Rainton, where we've been togr ...(together)

before. Either that or else go to

bed as much as possible. We got

Gen. French's report yesterday. He said

we were a magnificent battalion, +

congratulated us on such a fine turn

out at this period of the war. Bow-wow!

Still, they did make a fine

show. I've brought a book down to

read on the "off-times" today - "The

One Way Trail" (Cullum) - which is

one of Frank's paper backs. I have

read it before (did you, I wonder?)
