  Ernest is getting on

  I got a letter from

  Goole yesterday and

  I was sorry to hear

  tell of young Tom

  Duesbury getting wounded

  in this Big Advance he

  is in Hospital in

  London but they do

  not know yet weather 

  it is serious as they

  have only had a card

  from him at the time

  of writing to me.

          I am pleased to let

  you know I have been

  very lucky up to the
