Now I think the photo of our
"military trio" in this picture is much
better. You all look live and alert
here, as though the thought of those
British heroes, quietly sleeping after
doing their noble "bit", had crept into
your very blood, and, forgetting all the
disapppointment and heart weariness,
you remembered only that they and
you are sons of one Motherland.
I may send you some lines on
the photos about Easter; in the mean-
time, many thanks for the cards. I
was very glad that your friend was
able to find his dear brother's grave,
and it was good of him to be so
determined to do all in his power
in the matter, for I am sure it must
be a great comfort to his people . . . ."
