My Dearest Nellie/
Just a P.C. hoping you and baby
also all at home are keeping nice and well as
I am pleased to say that I am still in the ... of health
I expect the little man can nicely walk now and get
into all sort of mischief cannot he. next week
shall be able to send a letter i think. I hope
you are still able to keep on with your work this
hot weather as it will take it off your mind a
bit as I can quite understand you will have fun
worrying about me. but Nellie dear I am quite alright.
am looking anxiously forward to getting the first
letter from you now. and hoping it will not be
long before we are together again. ... ... send
... any vegetables from home. love from your loving hubby R
