hear he has written letters and was myself
surprised he had not written me. I am having
a list of B. Coy casualties made out for him.
As to his behaviour with the bridesmaid - well
it always was scandalous.
I am very annoyed about Mobberley.
You may only love one man - So there.
These horrible wounded people are having
much too much fuss made of them.
It is not quite certain that the Brigadier
is gone permanently. If he gets better soon
he will come back. So then it will be a step

Tritton is already back. He came back
on the day his name appeared in the casualty list!
With love to you both
Ever yours
