volplaned down into his own lines,
I went back to Headquarters with
some periscopes & brought back the
summary. Whilst I was on
patrol duty this morning, the
sentry reported he heard a
rambling noise. I reported to the
Captain, found out afterwards
that it was part of their
second line of trenches blown
up, by mistake, Dinner @ 12
noon. Took the sick to hospital
@ 2-30 pm. Went to Hdqtrs
@6pm for sandbags, received
2 letters, one from Bob & one
from J Taylor, Went to bed
10pm,
