  after 8 am. Factory set on fire by
  she´ll fire of Germans.  Paid out
  10 francs. Duty 8pm, until leave for
  billets. Leave for billets @ 10 pm.
  April 23.  Took over Grd Corpl mid.
  took one prisoner & Prisoner's rations,
  Up to Reg. prison @ 12-20 am. Rose
  @ 7 am. Breakfast Eggs & Bacon
  @7-30. Paraded the sick @ 9 am.
  I drew rations @ 11-30. I inspected
  dinner @ 1 pm. I took 1 defaulter
  on digging parade. I drew mail
  @ 2-25 pm, Took the outgoing
  mail to Orderly room @ 3 pm,
  I mounted guard @ 6 pm. I went
  to bed 10 pm. I wrote a letter
  to Jennie. I have two prisoners
  in guard-room.
