Gold coloured crucifix/cross on a gold coloured, small link chain.   Appears to be resting on clothing, the upper being white with a white button, possibly an underlying shirt, the lower is navy-blue with a larger button.  The cross has a heart engraved at the point the arms cross, with the rest engraved with 3 leaved plant fronds.
