B. for the best of two hearts combined
C. for the court that is usually paid
D. for the devotion of one man and maid
E. for the eyes that look all they cant say
F. for the faces that give them away
G. for the gifts that both lovers bestow
H. for the hands that are loath to let go
I the indifference they show to the weather
J. for the joy when you leave them together
K. for the kisses I am sure you know well
L. is for Love with a capital "L"
M. for the meals which neither can eat
N. for the nonsense they talk when they meet
O. orange blossom for maid all in white
P. for the Parson who ties them up tight
Q. for the questions he breathes in their ear
R. for the responses he seldom can hear
S. for silence while he finds the ring
T. for the trouble he has with the thing
U. for the Union which now is complete
V. for the Vestry where couples retreat
W. the wedding march after the knot
X. is the letter which ought to be shot
Y. is the yell as they drive out of sight
Z. is the zeal which inspired me to write
