                         A ''personal'' parcel may now be sent by the next-of-kin of

the Prisoner ONCE A QUARTER.   It may not weigh more than 11 lbs and

should not weigh less than 3 lbs.

                        A coupon, which may be obtained on application to this 

Committee MUST be affixed to each parcel.  The parcel should be addressed

in full to the prisoner direct, and no postage need be paid, but the

name and address of sender should be clearly shown. No communication

of any kind pay be put inside the parcel.

                       The next-of-kin of the prisoner has the right to the coupon,

or to nominate the person to whom it is to be given.

                       When handing to the Post Office personal parcels for Holland

or Switzerland, the Post Office Officials should be asked for a despatch

note and declaration form, which must be filled in by the sender.

and relatives are warned that the inclusion of any articles other than

those mentioned may result in the confiscation of the parcel, and
