Hudson of the Land Committe.
Therefore the committe changed to
messrs McPherson Hardy, Walsh Monk
+ Lancaster. We then decided to ask
the advice of Mr. Watts, Parks superintendent
and he promised to do whatever
he could to make it a success (no
doubt his advice has proved so.)
He spaced the land out, and saw
to the purchase of 30 cwt seed
potatoes the price then proving very
high 36£. also seeds for Beans, Peas,
Turnips, Carrotts, Leek, Onions, Parsnips
Leek + Beet, Lettuce. We also bought
Spades, Forks Rakes etc + Barrow.
