Description

This page is out of order of the date in the Diary 16.1.1916 -21.1.1916
in 1911 census his girlfriend Ethel Clifton was living her parents, Harry & Maria at 8 Franklin Villas, Mulgrave St, Hull

She was a rare thing for that time, an only child, she was a blue bag maker at Reckitt's factory, a 'blue baggy factory hand'.
