America, Egypt the Soudann, H.M. Ships of War serving

abroad, and British Post Office Agencies in Morocco.

Letters for all other places, per first oz., 2missingd.; for second

and each subsequent oz., 1missingd. Single Post Card 1d. Reply,

2d. Newspapers or Printed Papers, per 2 oz., missingd. Commercial 

Papers, minimum charge 2missingd. ; Samples, 1d. Regis-

tration fee, 2d. No letter may exceed 24 m. x 12 in. x12in.

Canada and Newfoudland, for duly Registered News-

papers, Magazines, and Trade Papers over 2 oz., but not exceeding 5 lbs., the rate under certain conditions varies from 1d. to 5d.

Limits for Newspapers, etc., for Postal Union countries, 18in.x12in.x12 in., and 5 lbs.
