'More things are wrought by prayer

thank this world dreams of. Wherefore let thy voice

Rise like a fountain for him night and day.

for what are men better than sheep or goats,

that nourish a blind life within the brain,

If, knowing God, they lift not hands of prayer

Both for themselves, and those who call them friend?'  A quote from the poem "Morte D' Arthur" by Alfred Lord Tennyson

God gives us love; something to love

He lends us; but, when love is grown

To ripeness, that on which it throve

Falls off, and love is left alone

This is the curse of time.'----- A quote from the poem "To J. S." by Alfred Lord Tennyson

'Tis better to have loved and lost,

Than never to have loved at all.' A quote from the poem "In Memorium A. H. H." by Alfred Lord Tennyson
