     In regard to your allotment the form

  sent for your Mother to fill up as a dependent

  was of such a nature that filling it up

  would be useless so she wrote to Headquarters

  stating that she did not propose to apply

  for any thing further than the amount

  allotted to yourself which Alice proposes paying

  into the Bfd Corp.

  This has been a fairly long letter

  + although I could continue some time longer

  I will draw to a close now trusting that

  you are fairly comfortable + somewhat

  reconciled to your present position

  lost you had better destroy it after
