Dear Elsie, At last I am writing to thank you very much for the P.O. also parcel which
I received quite safe.
I heard from Con (sister Constance) the other day and she sent me a fags and Ethel
(sister) sent me some. So I was alright for a smoke. I shall not be home for Easter but
hope to the week after. We are all going under canvas next Tuesday It will seem
different after being in billets. Well I don't think I can stop for moe this timeas ina
hurry, will write later.
