My Dearest Nellie                                         1/9/18

Just a P.C. Nellie dear hoping you, Herbert,

and all at home are keeping nice and well as I am

glad to say that I am still in the pink. have been

busy ploughing all this week. P in her letter told me

that Dad had done the garden. again this year so

I am hoping that they have sent you some vegetables

over. but if you are going back. it will be alright

for you. and. all your missing time Mother said you.

were to go up there. and I am sure between them

all you will find time soon slip by and keep.

smiling Nellie dear. and your old boy will come.

back with a. smiling face. again to you. please.

remember me. kindly to all. letter next Sunday
